Requirements:

  • Create a best practice HR function including implementing: enboarding strategy, job profiles, and performance reviews processes
  • Identify trends and analyse data to drive recruiting strategies and support business decisions
  • Ensure all employment policies comply with federal and state hiring practices
  • Identify training needs for our different departments and organise suitable training programs 
  • Manage the on/off-boarding process

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR
  • Ability to work autonomosly
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • You have a passion for Cryptocurrency and Blockchain products and a deep understanding of current industry trends
  • You are great with people and have exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience in learning and development, e.g.organising trainings and provision of coaching to leadership
  • Startup experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including great listening skills
